Background

Like so many of PFA's rescued cats, Veronica had spent most of her life living on the streets of Regina fending for herself until a kind woman began to care for her. When Veronica originally began hanging out at the woman's house she was nervous around people and not overly trusting. With time and patience, Veronica was shown that people can be wonderful and began to enjoy her time with the kids of the woman who feed her. Unfortunately the family was unable to keep Veronica in their home due to their non-pet friendly rental, and with winter about to set in, PFA was contacted for help.

Veronica is now happily inside and currently at PetsMart where anyone can drop by and visit her. She is a very affectionate girl, and loves to be petted and talked to. Her beautiful tuxedo makes her ready to attend any night out with her new forever family, or just hang at home curled up on your lap.
