Background
Rio is one of numberous cats that PFA has rescued this fall. Rio was found hanging around one of our feral feeding stations in Regina and when the volunteers realized that Rio was tame and wanted affection, they scooped him up and he was placed in one of our foster homes.
Rio's foster dad says that he is a very social and chatty cat. Rio is come greet his foster dad with a hello and a song whenever he returns home. He is a very affectionate cat and loves to have his face and ears rubbed and will spend great amounts of time each day getting this done.
Rio also loves to play fetch, or as most cats see the game of fetch being. Rio's foster dad will toss things across the room which Rio bolts after to pounce on and "kill" it. However, the bringing the toy back is something Rio has yet to master.
