Background
This adorable kitty was spotted by a PFA volunteer when they were at the Pump Roadhouse for an event. The volunteer asked about the kitty and was told that he hung around the building, sleeping under the porch and didn't appear to have a home. With the extreme weather of late, the volunteer was concerned that "Chief", as the employees of the Pump had taken to calling him, wouldn't survive without some intervention. A foster spot was quickly found, and Chief was scooped up and taken indoors before he suffered any frostbite.
Now happily in a foster home, Chief is a sweet little fellow who has stolen the heart of his foster mom. He's not a pushy cat and is happy to sit back and wait for his turn getting some snuggles and cuddles. Chief loves to be held, and the minute his foster mom picks him up, he's purring to show just how happy he is to be safe indoors. With his laid back personality, Chief has made friends with the other cats in his foster home very quickly, and has become fast friends with the resident kitten, as well as the resident Lab X. Sebastian and Chief can be found together quite regularly and Chief even lets Sebastian groom him.
With his amazingly sweet personality, Chief will fit in with any family looking to add a wonderful cat to theirs.
