Background
Melo was originally adopted with another cat by a couple who loved them both. Unfortunately the other cat was bigger, older, and did not like Melo at all. When it became obvious that Melo was going to be hurt by the other cat if she stayed, the couple asked the Melo come back to PFA, though they were very sad to see her go.
Melo is a love who just wants to be friends with everyone. She is currently being fostered at PetCetera and she greets everyone who enters the PFA room with leg rubs and head butts. Melo loves to be snuggled and petted, and is very glad to be somewhere where she's not being picked on. There are several other PFA cats at PetCetera right now, and Melo gets along with all of them. She loves the interactive toys that the volunteers bring with them, and anything she can turn into a toy, she does.
