Background

Imagine spending the winter homeless without anyone to love you, well that's what happened with poor Montgomery. One day during this past winter, he arrived at a PFA feeding station looking for food and some loving, thankfully, he found both. When the volunteers realized how very sweet this fellow was, arrangements were made for Montgomery to be placed in a foster home where he has slowly settled in.

After obviously being tossed aside, Montgomery takes some time to trust new people, however once he does, he is a sweetheart that could melt the coldest of hearts. Montgomery loves to be petted and brushed which is good because with his medium length coat, he will need someone to brush him regularly to avoid painful matts from forming. When he's not getting brushed, Montgomery enjoys chin scratches and hanging around his foster family.

Montgomery is being fostered with several other cats who he gets along very well with, his best bud though, is a young kitten who is a new PFA rescue. Because Montgomery spent time living on the street, he is still a little nervous around new people and will need a family who will be patient and understanding while Montgomery learns to trust a new family. The family that is willing to do that will be rewarded with the love of a very wonderful cat.
