Background
While out feral feeding in June, 2 of our volunteers came across a litter of newborn kittens by themselves. As any parent knows, a new mom will never leave her newborn babies by themselves. After moving on to the other stations needed to be fed and watered, the volunteers went back to check and see if mom had come back for her babies. Sadly, even after waiting and watching from their car, mom never came back. Thankfully, PFA has a few foster homes with the skills needed to take care of orphaned kittens, the litter was taken to safety.
Biscuit is the cute and quiet one of this litter mates. Though he has his playful side, and can seek out any mischief when it counts, Biscuit would much rather be curled up in his foster mom’s lap. Biscuit is not only being fostered with cats and dogs, but ferrets as well.
