Background

Lyra is one of the many cats that are born on the streets to homeless mommas every day. Thankfully she was spotted at one of PFA’s feral feeding stations and scooped up at a young enough age that she could still be tamed.

Lyra is still a little shy, especially with new people. She likes to take things slow and get to know you before she’ll curl up beside you. She is being fostered in a house with multiple fosters and gets along very well with all of them. When the house is quiet, Lyra does enjoy spending some time sitting beside her foster mom while they watch t.v. together.

Lyra would do well in a quieter house with a family who is willing to give her the time to become comfortable in her new home. The family who is willing to do this will find themselves rewarded with a sweet girl for years to come.

If you are interested in Lyra, click here to view our adoption contract and click here to complete an adoption application or email PFA adoption coordinator Alanna at abanana71@gmail.com for more info.

Please note; in the event there are multiple inquiries for a cat or kitten, People For Animals will select the best suited home in the interest of a successful adoption.

Adoption fee: $100

All adoption fees and sponsorship donations contribute towards veterinary care and other costs associated with caring for People for Animals rescued cats and kittens.
