Background
Cosmo found himself in PFA foster care when his pregnant mom pushed her way into the house of some Reginians through the screen in an open window. Cosmo’s mom gave birth not long after and the home owners called PFA for help.
Cosmo is an extremely affectionate fellow. He loves to be curled up with his foster mom no matter where she is. It is not uncommon to see Cosmo follow her from room to room so that he can claim his spot in her lap when she sits down. Cosmo has a playful side too and wrestling with his brothers is high on his list of things to do.
