Background
It's hard to imagine, but this handsome fellow was found homeless seeking shelter under an apartment building here in Regina. Several of the buildings tenants began to feed Jack Frost, but when the weather turned bitterly cold, they contacted PFA for help getting this guy a real home.
Jack Frost is very happy to be safe inside again and shows this with all the affection he gives to his foster mom. Heads butts and leg rubs are one way Jack Frost shows how happy and thankful he is to have been rescued. Jack Frost does like to "talk" and have conversations with his foster mom. He will do great with any family who will give him the attention and love he so richly deserves.
