Long-time Church Cats Need New Home

These two plump and pretty girls are Minster (left) and West (right), 8-year old fixed cats that have been serving the congregation at Westminster United Church for many years, keeping mice out and greeting visitors to the church.

Unfortunately, it has been decided that their services are no longer needed, and that they must leave the church for a new home, or be put down.

Some of the concerned staff and parishioners have notified us for help in getting these two sweethearts a new home.

West and Minster are friendly, social cats that are great with children and adults alike. They have current vaccinations and have had regular veterinary care.

Ideally, we'd like them to stay together as they've been together their whole lives. They would be great as church cats or shop cats in the right environment, or could go to a home to be family pets as well. They are used to lots of attention.

For more information on West and Minster, contact us at pfasask@gmail.com. Please consider sharing this post in the hopes that we can find these cats a spot.
