It's That Time...

It's fall now, and while we are having beautiful weather now, we all know it won't last. Winter is coming soon and the PFA feral team and other volunteers are trying to get as many kittens off the street as possible before it starts to freeze.

We need foster homes urgently now. The same 4-5 foster homes have handled 90% of the summers kitten rescues and they are getting burned out. Many of them have in the range of 6-12 kittens on hand at any given time.

We need additional foster homes for kittens this fall if we have any hope of getting more before the freezing weather starts.

All you need is a spare room and compassion for animals in need. We do ask that you be patient because with the high volume of stray cats and unsterilized cats in Regina, there are always hundreds of kittens available at any given time. There is no guarantee that foster kittens will be adopted within a few weeks - it make take a few months!

But we will provide food, litter and other supplies on request or issue tax receipts for those who purchase their own.

Here are some of the beautiful kittens waiting for loving foster or adoptive homes:
Black beauties - advertised all summer with no takers. As sweet as they come!
