Monty's doing great!

A few weeks ago, we blogged about little Monty who had been hit by a car and left for dead. After surgery Monty was placed in an experienced foster home where he has been recovering from his injuries.

As anyone with cats is aware, they may be down but they are never out. Monty is a wonderful example of this. Only 2 weeks after his surgery Monty is doing great. He is walking on the leg which required surgery as though there is nothing wrong with it. He is a typical playful kitten and beginning to get stir crazy having his activity restricted to promote proper recovery.

One would assume that Monty would be a jaded little kitty after what has happened to him, but this is as far from the truth as you can get. This amazing little kitty has the most loving personality you will ever meet. All he wants to do is be cuddled and petted by his foster mom and anyone else who comes to meet him.

The cost of Monty's surgery has taken a large amount of PFA's budget, and as PFA relies completely on donations to provide for all of our rescued cats and kittens along with our many feral cat colonies, donations to help cover Monty's surgery is needed. Anyone wanting to help contribute to the cost of Monty's surgery and recovery can contact PFA at pfasask@gmail.com for more information.
