Left behind

Recently, were told about a group of stray cats that were living in an area of the city where we have no feral cat feeding stations.

When one of our feral cat team volunteers went there to check it out, some residents told her that all of the cats were people's abandoned pets. The cats hang out at an empty house and someone feeds them and leaves an opening in his garage.

There are some kittens and a poor mama cat with a broken leg who drags herself around trying to get food for them.

The kittens are still young enough to be rescued, tamed, and adopted, so People for Animals is going to do our best to make sure that they have the opportunity to grow up safe, warm, well-fed, and loved.

While others have abandoned these sweet cats, you have the opportunity to give them a second chance by helping People for Animals continue our work. Even if you are unable to adopt or foster a cat, you can still make a difference in the lives of cats and kittens who are suffering on our streets. You can donate to PFA to help with trapping, sterilizing and feeding feral cats, or you can sponsor the adoption of tame cats and kittens to make sure someone else can take them home.

If you want to help these or any of our cats and kittens, please click the button below to sponsor a specific cat or donate online, or click here for more information on how to donate.
