Adult Cats Need Love Too!
It is kitten season and PFA has had a steady influx of kittens over the last month or so, with many more anticipated over the spring and summer months.
Fortunately we can usually find foster homes for young kittens. However, this is the time of year when our adult cats are often overlooked for adoption and stay in foster care longer, meaning there are fewer spots available for new rescues.
We have a wait list of tame adult cats needing foster care that are currently on the streets and being cared for by our feral team while we wait for foster spots to become open.
Some of these cats, like the handsome Bruce, pictured, have already been fixed but were released back to the colonies due to lack of space for adult cats.
We could really use some additional foster homes that are willing to take adult cats. All cats are sterilized and vaccinated and we can provide all the supplies you need.
Please contact us at pfasask@gmail.com if you are interested in fostering.
