PFA Cat-A-Logue: 2 to 5 years #2
Sweet Pea

This pretty tortoiseshell female is Sweet Pear, a very sweet 2-3 year old cat who is seeking a loving new home after being abandoned in the cold.
Sweet Pea is spayed, vaccinated and de-wormed and she is very happy to be safe and warm in her foster home. She is so happy to be with people again that she doesn't like them to be out of her sight for long! She loves to be petted, snuggled and even to just sit quietly by and keep them company as they go about their business.
Sweet Pea is a friendly, affectionate and curious cat who is very gentle and well behaved. She is getting along well with the other female cat in her foster home. Sweet Pea would be a great cat companion for a single person or quiet couple seeking a feline friend.

Vinnie

Vinnie would have quite the tales to tell if only he could talk! Vinnie was rescued by PFA in the fall after being discovered at a motel out in Craven, hungry, scarred and scabbed, and craving attention.
We don't know Vinnie's story for certain, but we do know that a lot of cats are cruelly dumped in that area and left to fend for themselves. Many die, but thankfully Vinnie was found in time. His wounds have healed now and the only signs of his rough beginning is that his left ear is missing a chunk due to frostbite.
Vinnie is a sleek black cat with patches of white on his chest and belly and mesmerizing yellow eyes. He is almost at a healthy weight again, and is a large cat with long, lanky limbs and tail.
Vinnie is 4-5 years old, neutered and vaccinated. He is a calm, friendly cat that enjoys being petted and likes attention. He is very chatty and loves talking to his foster mom and telling her about his day. Vinnie likes to be picked up and carried and goes limp in your arms when cradled. Vinnie is very glad to be safe, warm and fed and exudes contentment now.
Vinnie has lots of love to give a kind adopter, and he is hoping to be equally loved in return. He would be happiest as an only cat who is the sole furry object of his person's affection, but could adapt to one or two other pets.

Claire

Claire has the face of a movie star! However, she is no diva. In fact, despite a tough life, Claire remains a loving, sweet cat with the heart of a saint. She was found at a feral feeding station starving and pregnant. Poor Claire had already given birth to at least one other litter of kittens this year and she was in rough shape. After being rescued she quickly showed her movie star status by demonstrating that she is a confident, sociable, and very affectionate cat. The vet staff all fell in love with her and, like any good actress, she will surely adapt to her fur-ever home! Unlike most movie stars, Claire is naturally petite and gets along well with other movie stars (cats). Claire is three-years-old, is now spayed and has had her first shots.
If you think your home can be a fur-ever stage for this beautiful star, please email Alanna at abanana71@gmail.com .

Spyke

Meet Spyke, a 2 year old male that has been neutered and fully vaccinated. Spyke was rescued as a kitten from a PFA feeding station in the Spring of 2009, where he was being bullied by the older tom cats.
Spyke is a really sweet and loving cat and adapts well to new environments due to his charming and fun-loving personality.
Spyke is doing great in foster care right now and absolutely loves the attention he gets from his new foster dad! Spyke would be a great addition for a single person looking for a cat companion and would also do well in a family environment with other cats.
If you are interested in meeting Spyke, please contact Deanne at dguest05@gmail.com.
