PFA Cat-A-Logue: Over 5 years

Felicia

Felicia is a black with white medium haired 5-8 year old female cat. She is spayed, has had her first shots and has been treated for parasites.

This beautiful and sweet girl was rescued by PFA volunteers from an inner city feeding station for stray and feral cats. One of her ears was badly mangled from her time on the street, either from frostbite or damage from another cat. Felicia clearly had a home of her own, once upon a time, as she was already spayed when we found her, but despite being widely reported as found, she remained unclaimed. Now she is looking for a new home where she can be kept safe and well loved.

Felicia is incredibly affectionate and sweet. She is a little diva that loves attention and petting! Also, she is doing well with the other cats in her foster home.

Adoption fee: $60

Buffy

This gorgeous boy was found homeless in the Churchill Downs neighbourhood and sadly was not claimed. He is definitely ready to find his forever home. Buffy is approximately 11 years old, and is vaccinated, neutered and ready to go.

This beautiful blue-eyed sweetheart is so thankful for his temporary foster home. Buffy is very friendly, very loving, and he loves attention. He is definitely happy to no longer be fending for himself on the mean streets and will lavish his forever family with love and cuddles.

He doing great with the two dogs and two cats in his foster home and would do well with almost any cat-loving family.

Avatar Cat

Take a look at Avatar Cat! (How could you not with an adorable goofy face like that - he looks like an Avatar!) Avatar is a handsome neutered male who is looking for the ideal home to suit his unique personality- are you his forever family?

Avatar Cat enjoys spending time with his foster mom, sleeping on her bed each night and although he isn't what you would call a lap cat, he is still a loving boy who enjoys being brushed. He is sure to make a great companion to the right family! He gets long great with the other animals in his foster home (cats and dogs) and would be fine in a home with older children.

His foster home describes him as being aloof but that he displays exuberance for 2 things - getting brushed and going outside. Typically People For Animals requires that adopted cats remain indoor-only pets, however Avatar is one of those cats that needs regular access to the outdoors. He is very good about staying nearby, and he has excellent hunting skills.
