Background
Though it seems hard to believe given how outgoing Colonel Cuddles (CC) is, she was found wandering as a stray by a caring family who took her in until they were able to contact RCR for help.
CC, quickly made herself at home in her foster home making friends with all of the other foster cats as well as the Lab X dog. When CC wasn’t playing chasing games with the other cats, she could be found rubbing up against the dog from some TLC. When CC isn’t playing games she is snuggling as close as she can get with her foster mom. Belly rubs, and pets and cuddles are something CC absolutely loves.
