Background
Ernest is a sweet soul who was literally out in the cold during a recent blizzard and was so desperate to find safety and warmth, he actually made his way into a home by burrowing under the house and squeezing up into the kitchen through a loose floorboard! The surprised homeowner contacted RCR for help for this enterprising little cat who saved himself from some wicked winter woes with his cleverness.
Ernest is a bit shy with new people at first, but he is very happy to be safe, warm and loved in foster care. He enjoys being brushed and is happy to receive pets, he is proud of his lovely coat! Ernest is appreciative of a good meal and is a gentlemanly guest who makes himself easy to care for and love! If you are looking for a furry floofy friend to snuggle this winter, Ernest is your cat.
