Background
Pretty Pawla came to us early in the new year from a family coping with a young adult going into an assisted living facility and no family members were able to offer poor Pawla a home. Overweight and in need of a dental surgery, Pawla entered Regina Cat Rescue care with a bit of baggage but has been quick to put it all behind her and she is embracing her new life.
Fast forward to today and Pawla is a healthy, happy and loving cat doing well in her busy foster home with a young family and another cat. She is a friendly and affectionate cat who has dealt well with her changing circumstances and she is ready and waiting for a new loving family. Pawla is a mature cat but she still has a playful side, and she enjoys attention and affection. Pawla would do well as an only cat but also gets along well with others. She would love to be a trusty sidekick to someone working at home or in need someone simply in need of some unconditional love during these crazy Covid times.
