Background

Regis is a sweet fellow who came into RCR care in a most unusual and scary way - the poor guy was observed wandering in a Regina neighbourhood with a jar stuck on his head! A citizen contacted RCR for help and thankfully we had a volunteer nearby who was able to find poor Regina and get the jar off his head. Regis was then placed in foster care where he has blossomed.

Regis is an active and curious little fellow who just loves to be in on the action, no matter what you are doing! He loves to play, loves to cuddle, and especially loves snack time! Regis is a chatty guy who will answer you when you talk to him, and will call you from another room when he wants attention. Regis was not always this social, though. He has really blossomed in foster care. It took quite a lot of patience and love to gain his trust. He’s still a bit timid and unsure of new people at first but he’s always gentle, and will find the best hiding spots when he is scared. Regis is very interested in the resident cats in his foster home, and is friendly towards them even when it’s not reciprocated.
