Background
Beautiful Shayla was pregnant and hungry when a farm family near Regina discovered her seeking shelter in their barn. They contacted Regina Cat Rescue for help just in the nick of time as Shayla gave birth to five kittens shortly after being placed into care. She was an attentive mama and her kittens are healthy and happy. Shayla is now ready for a home of her own.
Shayla is a friendly and loving cat who would make an excellent first pet or cat companion for someone who lives alone and would like the company of a furry friend. She is fostered with other cats and is tolerant of them but would also do fine as an only pet. Shayla enjoys attention and will happily soak up all the pets and cuddles you can give. She loves hanging out in the cat tree and looking out the window, and is an easy cat to care for and love.
