Background

Sweet Tenysi was rescued from the bitter winter cold after RCR volunteers spotted her living as a stray near a community cat feeding station. They scooped her and got her to safety. She was suffering from a cold and needed dental surgery to get her shipshape for adoption, but now she is healthy, happy and ready to find a home of her own.

Tenysi is a quiet and gentle cat who is happy to be safe, warm and loved. She has adapted well to her busy foster home with a young family and does well with kids, dogs and other cats. She is super friendly and has made fast friends with the resident cats and dog and does well with older children ( she may be a bit skittish with young children). Tenysi is poised to be an amazing addition to a pet savvy home and she is one of the most affectionate cats we have rescued to date this winter. She is smart and adaptable and is guaranteed to provide love and laughter to her lucky adopter. Tenysi is very loving and gets along great with the dog and other cats, plus she is BFF's with the young children in the home,making her an ideal family pet. Tenysi is ready and waiting for her forever home and she will not disappoint.
