Background

Sweet Obie is a terrific tuxedo who was rescued from the bitter cold on Christmas Eve when a volunteer found him on the street crying from hunger and cold and took him home with her. When he wasn't claimed, she decided to foster Obie until he gets adopted by a lucky family.

Obie is a very affectionate fellow who loves to be with people and loves to snuggle, purring away. He’s also super playful and loves toys, especially those little spring toys. Obie is fine to run around and entertain himself but he does enjoy interactive play. He requires stimulation and likes a lot of play and cuddle time, especially before bedtime. Obie diligently uses the scratching posts we have and is great with his litter box. Obie wants to play with the resident cat but she is not a fan, so they are taking things slow. Obie is a sweetheart who will make an excellent furry family member for a cat lover (s) with or without other pets.
