Background
Riffle and his littermates were discovered as wee babies in the backyard in a Regina neighbourhood by a sweet couple who were concerned for their safety during the late winter blast that the city experienced in late April. They fell in love and decided to adopt the mama cat and one of the kittens, and reached out for help in finding good homes for the remaining kittens. They were placed in foster care and have been sweet and well socialized little pets ready to light up the lives of a forever family.
Riffle is a lover. He loves attention, food, playing, attention and more attention. Riffle would likely be happy to be held in your arms the whole day, purring and nuzzling your face all the while. He sometimes even jumps into the arms of his foster when she’s holding one of his siblings, as he doesn’t want to be left out of some affection!
Riffle loves to burrow into blankets and your clothes, happy nesting himself in the small of your back. He likes to dig his way into warm soft spots, so it’s helpful to keep his claws trimmed!
Riffle has a squeaky meow, that he uses often if he’s lonely, wants some love or at mealtime. Riffle would do well in a home with other cats or furry companions, or with someone who is able to give him plenty of attention.
