Smudge
Adopted July 16th, 2011
This is Smudge, a gorgeous little guy with black fur softly smudge with grey and white, hence his name. Smudge is an 8-month old male cat who was rescued by a kind lady who found him living stray in her neighbourhood, suffering from an embedded collar that was cutting into his neck and causing an infection, a sign that he had been on his own for a while. The lady contacted People for Animals for assistance and now here he is, all cleaned up, healed and ready for a forever home.
Smudge is one of the sweetest and funniest little cats we've ever rescued. He loves attention and lets you know when he wants it. He is very outgoing and not fazed by much of anything. He loves to run around the vet clinic where he is temporarily boarding and tease the other animals, but it is all in good fun. He just simply loves to play - be it with people, other animals, or toys! He adores being petted and also enjoys being held and nuzzling necks. He is a very entertaining and amusing little cat who will certainly liven up a home where cat antics are appreciated.
Smudge is sterilized and vaccinated and his injury is fully healed. Now all he needs is someone to share his love with. If you think you might be Smudge's human match, please contact Alanna at abanana71@gmail.com.
