Background
Charlie has a very persistent personality and was going to make sure he was rescued from the streets no matter what he had to do. Charlie was originally trapped during People for Animals spring TNR (trap/neuter or spay/release) blitz which is used to help control the stray cat population in the city. When Charlie turned up in a trap he was so friendly the volunteer assumed that he was someone's cherished pet and let him go. Several days later there Charlie was again, in the trap meant for feral cats. At that time found ads were placed for Charlie and when no one came forward to claim this amazing kitty, Charlie was taken to the vet clinic to be neutered and is now settling into his foster home.
His foster mom says that he is a joy to have around as he has such a sweet personality and just wants to be friends with everyone. Charlie is a very inquisitive cat and follows his foster mom around her home to make sure he knows what she is up to. When he's not following his foster mom he is looking out the windows to keep an eye on the outdoor activities.
This handsome boy enjoys his playtime too but when he's tuckered out he'll come looking for pets and cuddles. He likes to "talk" to his foster mom to make sure she's paying attention and when Charlie wants attention he will rub up against legs and give head butts to get what he wants.
