Intake Request Form

If you’ve found a stray or feral cat or kitten, fill out the form below so we have the information we need to prioritize requests. We will respond to your form as soon as we can, but please understand that Regina Cat Rescue is primarily volunteer-run and it may take several days to hear back from us. In the meantime, learn how you can help stray cats here.

While intake requests are welcome, not all are able to be supported and assisted. Our volunteers do their best to assess urgency, coordinate foster placements, and evaluate volunteer capacity to determine our ability to help with as many requests as possible. Please note Regina Cat Rescue operates within a 30km radius of Regina only.

The Regina Humane Society operates under the animal protection act, and has paid staff on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to handle emergencies such as animal cruelty or abuse, injured or deceased animals. Please call Animal Protection at 306-777-7700 in such cases.

Please note that Regina Cat Rescue does not operate a shelter location and we rely on volunteer foster homes to take in cats. Foster capacity remains very strained and we evaluate on a case-by-case basis dependent on available resources. Learn more about fostering here.
