Visit Rochdale Roca House in October to support RCR!
This summer, Chelsey Legendre with Rochdale Roca House contacted us to ask if RCR would partner with the coffee shop on an initiative to benefit Regina's abandoned cats and kittens. A long-time RCR supporter, Chelsey wanted to combine her love of cats and coffee to do something for the community. After some discussion and creativity in the kitchen, Chelsey developed two new beverage features for the month of October.
Chelsey adds the delicious finishing touches on the Caramel Kitten.
The Caramel Kitten is similar to a caramel macchiato with a hint of mint. It has steamed milk, espresso, peppermint flavouring, whipped topping and caramel sauce. The Chocolate Hisses is a decadent hot chocolate with a light chili spice, whipped topping and chocolate sauce. Both options can be made with soy, almond or coconut milk, as well as sugar-free.

In addition to the two drink features, Rochdale Roca House will also have sweet kitty sugar cookies throughout October. Cupcake Friday on October 16 will feature a cat-themed cupcake.
