Hunny gets sponsored

Brave mama cat Hunny has already gone through a lot, so it's wonderful to know that her adoption fee has been sponsored by a thoughtful and generous boy and his mom.

Adam and Tara Kovacs were at PetSmart a few weeks ago when they saw the PFA cats up for adoption and wanted to do something to help.

"My son (11 yrs old) has such a warm heart for animals and it torments him to know there are wonderful animals without a home. He just does not understand it. As our home already has more animals than people, we hope this is the next best thing to taking one home ourselves!" says Tara.

Adam and Tara made a donation of $60 to People for Animals to cover Hunny's adoption fee for anyone who adopts her. Their donation is acknowledged on Hunny's profile page on our website as well as on a sign on her cage at PetSmart.
