Lucky and Castro need to find some luck!

Lucky and Castro are two amazing kitties who have had a very bad year. These gentle faced sweeties became PFA rescues when their owner became homeless and couldn't care for them. For the past 6 months Lucky and Castro have been fostered at PetCetera where they have had lots of visitors, but their forever home has yet to find them.

Recently Lucky developed a limp that required veterinary attention and it was discovered that Lucky has developed Arthritis in his elbow. With pain medications and joint supplements Lucky is doing well. If Arthritis wasn't enough though, it was also discovered that Lucky has a mild case of glaucoma in his left eye which thankfully is under control with daily eye drops.

Through it all, Lucky's best bud Castro has stood by his side and helped him adjust to the changes in his life. Lucky and Castro have been moved to a foster home where they can enjoys the comforts of a home while they wait for their forever home to find them.

Though he is older, Lucky is adjusting to the multiple cats in his foster home as well as the dog and loves to sleep snuggled up with his foster mom. Castro is so easy going he has blended in quickly and made friends with everyone. It is Castro's easy going personality that has helped Lucky adjust to the recent changes in his life.

The boys are hoping that the right home reads their story and will see them for the wonderful sweeties they are. With a little luck, they are hoping 2013 will be a great year for them. For information on adoption Lucky and Castro, please email pfasask@gmail.com
