Update - Ms. Paisley
Several months ago we rescued a beautiful little calico kitten with a badly infected eye that had to be removed to ensure it didn't become a constant source of infection and irritation.
The kitten was christened Paisley and she proved to be a spunky and resilient girl who quickly found a new home with a PFA volunteer and her family, which includes another former PFA rescue, Sushi. They call her LoKo and recently provided this update:
After Loko's cone of shame came off, and she was healed up, she came to live with another People for Animals rescue, Sushi Tsunami. Sushi isn't quite sure about having another kitty living in the house especially when LoKo decides that 4 am is the PERFECT time to exercise her inner ninja and pounces on any living being in the bed. But then again, neither are the humans!
LoKo has no clue that she only has one eye and I think she actually has the best eyesight in the whole house. She likes watching hockey and baseball and tries to catch the players on the tv screen. She loves food, toys and climbing the cat trees in the house.
She's happy, healthy a very loud purrer, and is getting a fat little belly.
We are very happy for LoKo and her family!
