PFA Cat-A-Logue: 6 Months to 2 Years #3

Othello

Meet Othello, an adorable 10 month old male kitten who has been vaccinated and de-wormed. He was rescued all alone, cold, hungry and full of worms on a north central street a few weeks ago.

Othelle has been neutered, vaccinated and de-wormed.

This little dude has attitude to spare, and keeps his foster mom endlessly entertained with his antics. He loves to run and play, play and play some more, crashing in the funniest positions when he is all tuckered out and in need of rest. He was thrilled upon the arrival of another little foster kitten just his size, as his older foster siblings just can't keep up to him! Needless to say, he would be happy to have another young cat companion.

Othello has adorable little tufts of fur behind his ears, making him look older and wiser than he is. We know his spunk and love of life will make him an excellent cat companion for life for a loving and committed adopter wanting a fun feline friend.

Jacques

This adorable little guy is Jacques, a 12 month old male kitten who is neutered and vaccinated. Jacques was rescued after following a lady home from a bus stop on a busy street. He wouldn’t leave her yard and, worried that he would get hit by a car, she took him inside and posted found reports.

It’s hard to believe no-one was looking for such a sweet little kitten, but he was not claimed and he is now up for adoption and having fun in his foster home until the purr-fect someone comes along for him.

Jacques is a typical kitten who loves to play, play, and play some more. He then has a brief cat-nap in a silly position and resumes his antics! He adores stalking and pouncing toy mice, especially the door-hanger kind, and also enjoys catnip and his scratch post. Jacques is also a very loving and affectionate kitten who enjoys being held and cuddled. He will make a wonderful pet for anyone seeking a fun-loving and cuddly cat companion.

For more information on adoption Jacques, please email Alanna.

Spider

Meet this adorable kitten named Spider. This youngster was found in late 2010 roaming around on her own near the Murray Golf Course. At only 6 weeks of age, she was much to young to fend for herself!

Spider is now 19 months old and is a very sweet, playful, and affectionate cat- an absolute joy to be around! She has been spayed, vaccinated and de-wormed and is litter box trained. This sweet heart is great with other cats and is being introduced to small dogs as well.

She was named Spider due to her extrordinary climbing ability, but as she has gotten older she has been more interested in her cat tree and playing with toys. Spider is very healthy, active, and well-behaved and she is looking for a home to call her own!

If you are interested in adopting the adorable Spider, please contact Deanne by email.

Jeremiah

This guy continues to thrive. It's been over a year now since he was rescued and he is still looking for a home, so let's hope we can generate some interest with a new ad.

This handsome and charismatic fellow is Jeremiah, a 2-3 year old male who is neutered, vaccinated, and negative for Feline Leukemia and Feline Immundeficiency Virus.

Jeremiah was rescued in January 2011 in very rough shape from trying to survive the winter outside. He was starving, dehydrated, wounded and weak from exhaustion and hunger. Jeremiah's inner strength and spunkiness became apparent quickly once he arrived at the vet clinic and he had a chance to recover and regain strength. Not only is he resilient, but he is incredibly loving and affectionate as well. The vet clinic staff and PFA volunteers alike all fell quickly in love with him, as did his foster mom.

Jeremiah is a very charming cat who is friendly, vocal and loving. He is a healthy, happy young cat looking for a permanent home where he will be loved and appreciated. He would be a great guy for a single person needing company - he's a definite love muffin, but is easy-going and fun so would also be good in a family setting.

For more information about adopting Jeremiah, please e-mail Alanna. To view the People for Animals adoption contract, click here: http://www.people4animals.ca/files/pfa_adoption_contract-adobe.pdf

Fiona

Fiona is a calm and pretty 20 month old female cat who is hoping to find her fur-ever family for Christmas! Fiona is spayed and vaccinated and is the only remaining of her litter, who were all adopted the summer of 2010. Fiona required a little more time in foster care than her brothers and sisters as she was a little more shy but is now ready for her forever family to find her!

She's really come out of her shell and is very interactive with her foster family! She loves to play with people and cats alike, and is a skilled 'retriever' of toys, bringing them back to again and again to be thrown! Fiona is very gentle, and loves other cats but has also been around dogs as well. She will do great in a family with other cats but is looking for a quiet home with no children!

If you would like to meet Fiona, contact Brittany by email or call 581-4202 for more information.

Boris II

Hello, my name is Boris. I am a 13 month old black and white male that was found along with my two siblings outside during the summer and fall months. I am neutered and up to date on all my vaccinations.

Although I may come across shy at first, once I warm up to you, I am a real sweetheart. I have learned to give and receive affection and get along great with kids and the small dog in my foster home.

My favorite thing to do is play with toys and I absolutely looove treats! I promise you, once I settle into your new home, you will fall head over heels in love with me.

If you are interested in meeting me, please contact Deanne at dguest05@gmail.com
