PFA Cat-A-Logue: 6 Months to 2 Years #2

Clara

This beautiful little girl is Clara. Clara was found at the end of December after it had snowed by a woman shovelling her sidewalks. Living next door to a PFA kitten foster home, Clara was immediately taken in from the cold and given food and warmth. Though we tried to find Clara's owner, no one has claimed this little love bug.

Clara loves to cuddle with her foster mom and would almost prefer to spend her time cuddling then playing with the other kittens in the house. She is also being fostered with a large dog who she is beginning to get used to. Clara is very affectionate and enjoys perching on her foster mom's shoulders while she reads or watches t.v. She gets along well with the other cats in the house and would do well in any home who has room on their laps for a lap cat.

Clara is about 7 months old, has received both her vaccinations and has been spayed. For information about Clara contact Alanna at abanana71@gmail.com

Jazzy

Jazzy is one cool cat. However, when we found him, he was a very cold cat, found abandoned at a car wash in Balgonie on one of the most frigid days of the year. From his scratches and scars, it was clear the poor guy had been attacked by other cats and had a hard time on the streets. Needless to say, he is very happy to be safe and warm in his foster home.

Jazzy is 1-2 years old and has been neutered, vaccinated, treated for ear mites and has tested negative for Feline Leukemia. This handsome green-eyed tabby is quiet and cuddly and would make anyone the perfect feline companion. He loves nothing more than to have his belly rubbed and his velvety soft fur brushed. He is adjusting well to a multiple pet foster home with several other cats and a small dog.

Curl up with a warm, furry friend this winter and give Jazzy the loving fur-ever home he deserves.

Sabrina

Sabrina is a 13 month old petite and sweet female who is looking for a forever family to call her own! She has known rejection as her previous owner abandoned her to the streets when she went into heat -to no fault of her own as they did not care enough to have her spayed. Once included in the dozens of homeless cats, Sabrina found herself as a lonely stray and pregnant. Luckily found herself in the neighborhood of a PFA volunteer and was rescued and placed into foster care.

Sabrina is now spayed, vaccinated and happy to be loved and cared for! She is black with a tiny patch of white on her chest and a petite girl! She is friendly and can be held and cuddled! She is good with other cats and especially loves the company of her little male foster buddy!

If you would like to offer Sabrina the forever home she is waiting to find, contact Brittany at 581-4202 or email for more information.

Copper

This stunning young kitten is Copper, a PFA rescue that was born feral under a deck and who has been socialized and much loved in a kind foster home. Now, It's time for Copper to find a home of his own.

Copper is adored by his adopted feline family and he does well in a multi-pet foster family. Copper is a male tabby, domestic short hair approximately 8 months old. Copper is shy and a bit timid when you first meet him. He is slow to warm up to people. Copper was born to a feral mom and was scooped up off the streets when his colony was threatened. PFA brought him into foster care a few weeks after they trapped his sister. Copper's time in foster care has seen him grow in leaps and bounds. What once was a kitten scared to trust people, he now comes near enough to get scratches on his head and the occasional belly rub.

Copper would benefit from a home with a companion animal. He is not going to be a lap cat by any means as he is very independent in nature. He likes to snuggle up with his foster siblings and has taken to being mothered by one of the resident female cats. He is a great little cat with lots to offer, but does need to be in a home with other cats to feel secure.

If you are looking for a kitten to add to your family please consider Copper. He deserves to find a loving fur-ever home. Please email Alanna at abanana71@gmail.com for more information.

Sophie

This adorable kitten was rescued from a feral feeding station jokingly called “Dodge City" due to the rusted out cars that provide shelter for the homeless cats there. Now, she is healthy and happy in her foster home and anxious to find a forever home of her own. Sophie has been socialized in a home with children and other pets and therefore is suitable for adoption into almost any type of cat-loving family. Sophie is a little on the shy side and would do well with a patient family that will let her warm up slowly.

Sophie is 9 months old and has received her vaccinations and has also been spayed and de-wormed. She is ready to be adopted into a loving forever home.
