PFA Cat-A-Logue: 6 Months to 2 Years #1
Andi
PFA volunteers were quick to notice this handsome and regal cat who showed up at a feeding station a few months ago. Andi appeared one day hungry and forlorn, and they quickly realized that he was a sweet, tame cat that was somehow lost or abandoned. Found ads were posted, and Andi went unclaimed so he now has a second chance at a home and happiness.
Andi has been neutered and vaccinated, and sadly had to be shaved due to severe matting of his coat from his time outdoors. He is a bit embarrassed about his bald state but he isn’t letting it get him down! He loves to explore his foster home and quickly made friends with the two resident cats. He enjoys his meals and is an extremely affectionate little cat that loves a warm lap to curl up in (he needs the extra heat since he is missing his coat!)
Andi is fun, loving and easy-going and would make a great pet for anyone wanting a cuddly lap cat or a family pet – he loves attention. Andi is a longer-haired cat and will require regular brushing to help keep his coat in good shape.

Dewey
Meet Dewey, an 19 month old beautiful siamese cross. Dewey was rescued over a year ago during a huge rain storm when her momma disappeared. Dewey was found with her sister and rushed off to foster care where they were bottled feed as they were too young to be away from their mom.
After Dewey's sister was adopted she waited patiently for her turn and when her day finally arrived everyone was happy. However, Dewey's happily ever after was not to be.
Through no fault of her own, Dewey has recently been returned to PFA and is currently back in her old foster home. This sweet heart is being fostered in a multi pet house hold with several cats and small dogs. Dewey loves to cuddle and at times can become insistant that she be the centre of her foster parents attention.
Dewey has received for her vaccinations and has been spayed.
If you think you can give Dewey her real "happily ever after, " please contact Alanna at abanana71@gmail.com for more information.

Felicity
This beautiful girl is Felicity, a 1 year old tabby with exquisite markings. Felicity was found at a feral feeding station when she showed up very pregnant and very hungry. After canvassing the neighbourhood for Felicity's owner with no luck, and fearing what could happen to this beautiful girl if she gave birth on the streets; the PFA volunteers scooped her up and rushed her to the vet.
Felicity has now been spayed, de-wormed and has received her first vaccinations. She is currently being fostered in a mulit pet foster home where she is slowly integrating with her foster siblings. Felicity is still scared of the dog, but this black lab has won the hearts of four dozen fosters before her and it's just a matter of time before they are friends. Felicity currently likes her space, but after what she's been through, that's no surprise. When she does feel bold enough to face the dog, she loves to cuddle on her foster mom's lap and is quite the "smusher," insisting on cheek rubs and head butts!
This adorable girl will love being an only cat so she can have all the love, but given the time to adjust will fit in with other pets.

Bianco
Bianco has a very adventurous personality and loves to pounce on his foster siblings when they least expect it. He enjoys playing with the other cats and when they are all played out, he'll play with the large dog in his foster home. Nothing seems to stop him from pursuing his adventures, except maybe his foster mom's warm and inviting lap.
When the adventures are over this little love bug will curl up with his foster mom for hours keeping her lap nice and warm during the cold snaps that winter brings. Bianco was rescued from one of People For Animals feeding stations in November just before the cold weather set in so he knows how fortunate he is to have a lap to warm.
This adorable boy is about 7 months old, has received both his vaccinations, been de-wormed and has been neutered. If you think your lap could use some warming contact Alanna for more information.
Please note that sterilization at the age of 6 months is a condition of adopting kittens through People for Animals. Click here to view our adoption contract.

Hanley
This little sweet heart is Hanley. Hanley was rescued in the fall with his siblings from a feral feeding station. After spending a few months adjusting to life indoors with people he has become very affectionate and likes to spend time with his foster mom cuddling.
Hanley is being fostered in a multi-cat foster home and loves to play with his foster siblings as well as any toy with catnip in it. His foster mom says one of his favorite places to sleep is in the laundry hamper as long as it has clothes in it.
Hanley is 7 months old. He has received his first two vaccinations, has been dewormed and has been neutered. If you think this little cutie might fit well in your home please contact Alanna at abanana71@gmail.com for more information.

Jessie
This beautiful girl is Jessie, a 7 month old torti who has the personality to match her diva looks. Jessie was rescued at the beginning of January during the really cold snap that hit. Luckily, the woman who rescued this sweetheart knew someone who fosters with PFA and she was quickly whisked off to her current foster home.
Jessie is adapting to her multi cat foster home and enjoys chasing the other kittens around. She has also adapted to the large black lab who loves to play with the kittens too. A little timid at first, Jessie has begun to enjoy having the dog join in on the chasing games.
When the chasing is over, Jessie enjoys curling up on her foster mom's bed for some R&R. Though Jessie enjoys her own space (typical torti) she also enjoys receiving her foster mom's love and affection. Jessie will lay still for hours purring as long as someone is petting her, unless she decides she has somewhere else to be. Jessie has recently taken to sleeping cuddled close to her foster mom at night and purrs her contentment. According to Jessie's foster mom, she is a typical torti, everything is done in her time and no one elses.
Jessie has received her first vaccination and has been spayed.
If you have room in your life for this beautiful diva, contact Alanna at abanana71@gmail.com for more information.
