As a volunteer Adoption Coordinator, you will play an integral role in the transition of the cats in care of Regina Cat Rescue from their foster to their forever home.

You will work closely with the Adoption Lead and other RCR volunteers to meet RCR’s goal of finding every rescue cat the right home. You will assist in assessing all potential adopters, providing a written assessment to the Adoption Lead, and promote RCR partners through explaining trial pet insurance, and following up with adopters to see if they are interested in signing up.  As a remote-based organization, you will be working from home mostly, aside from the occasional time when you meet individuals in person.

    • Follow up with the adopter regarding trial pet insurance and encourage them to purchase the pet insurance once the trial ends, and follow up to see how their adopted cat is settling into their fur-ever home.
