Sweet Evelyn, safe and warm at last

This stunning kitty is Evelyn, a sweet girl who has had to fight for survival this winter. She was noticed living outside by a cat loving family who began to feed her. When the extreme wind chills set in, the family coaxed Evelyn inside and contacted PFA for help.

As you can see from the pictures, Evelyn's time on the streets had taken its toll in the form of severely frost bitten ears. Due to the severity, this adorable little girl will lose the tips of her ears. Thankfully, that's all Evelyn will lose.

She has been spayed and is recovering in a foster home while she gains some weight and waits to be listed for adoption. Though she's a little unsure when she's first approached, as you can see from the pictures, Evelyn melts into her foster mom's arms while she purrs her contentment. With the extreme cold of the last few days, Evelyn is happy to be indoors and safe.

Though she's not quite ready to go to an adoptive home yet, applications are welcome. Please email PFA at pfasask@gmail.com for more information.
